M. Williams

OWNER/STYLIST

M. Williams is a licensed Master Cosmetologist with over 30 years in the hair industry; it's hard to say what her specialties are because she does it all. Entering into the industry of hair years ago when the Hair Industry was taken very seriously, when Cosmetology School was almost like being in the Military where you had to: be on time, was timed on everything, had very strict and disciplined Cosmetology Instructors and where you dare not have an unclean unsanitary work area or never put your comb down while working on a client.

M. Williams is a "Georgia Peach!", born and raised in Georgia, she has a very welcoming personality and genuinely loves people. M. Williams was Deans List status in College and after completing Cosmetology School, did a 25 year stint in Corporate America.

Working at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Companies like: Equifax, ADP and General Electric and after meeting her husband Richard Williams while working in Finance at Cingular Wireless who later bought out by AT&T. Always "Exceeding Expectations" on every Employee Evaluation in Corporate America; M. Williams has always been a high achiever with a very strong work ethic, as well as having a high level of integrity. 

M. Williams left Corporate America to what she believed to be spiritually directed to do so. She opened up Sugar Salon in 2008, her very first Store Front Brick and Mortar Business. The Recession started only 2 to 3 months later yet her business survived!

M. Williams went on to hire a Team of Commission Stylists with a desire to help Stylists earn a living, mentor and show them a more professional structured way of working in the Hair Industry and to use her minority owned business to see Stylists earn a great living; to be able to care for their families, their homes and earn enough income to make a peaceful living. Giving all that she could to see others succeed was very self sacrificing and this is the M. Williams that her clients know and love. 

After 11 years of managing a Commission Team, helping Stylists earn a living, with some earning $10k per month, M. Williams decided to downsize and now operates out of a Boutique Style Salon Suite in Suwanee GA. 

Offering a plethora of salon services from: natural hair, weaves, microlink extensions, Tape In Extensions, Amino Acid Treatment, Deep Conditioners, Steam Hydration, Relaxers, Cut, Hair Color a variety of braided styles and more.
